SECO/PREDICTIVE is an advanced, intelligent furnace control system that not only detects potential failures before they occur, but also notifies users to corrective measures long in advance, before urgent, major, and disruptive intervention is necessary.

SECO/PREDICTIVE tracks data from sensors in the furnace, stores it on SECO/VACUUM’s secure cloud, analyses it with our proprietary algorithm, and generates an audit report, including specific interventions to return the furnace to optimal operation.
PREDICTIVE capabilities include remote access and notification – data logging, analysis, and audit report generation – and interactive maintenance schedule generation.

The SECO/PREDICTIVE CLOUD is built on the Microsoft Azure cloud. It ensures quick ROI due to the cumulative effects of the number of connected devices, each of which pool their data sets, allowing performance predictions generated not just from your furnace, but all furnaces connected to the system.
Advanced data analysis algorithms effectively multiply potential failure detection capabilities. Systems connected to the service allow clients to reserve parts and resources, stocking them on standby in SECO/VACUUM warehouses or the client’s local parts storage, minimizing service delays and possible downtime.
Security is guaranteed by built-in data encryption mechanisms, both at the site of data transmission and in secure data storage.
